It's really working! I was very skeptical to try to at first. The pictures on the left were taken the day I started taking the supplement. The pictures on the right were from today, after 3 1/2 weeks of taking them daily. I still have some pimples for sure, but what you're seeing on the right is almost entirely scarring. I haven't had any new cysts on my back, cheeks, or jawline and I'm feeling incredible. If you suffer from painful cystic, hormonal acne, this is a definite game changer.
Paired with a tula and TreeActiv skin care routine, this has worked wonders! I started taking this when I was at my WITS END with my acne. I'm a registered nurse and I felt like my patients judged me for it. I am 23, my mom had terrible adult acne and I guess I inherited that trait. I was using tula alone and got some results but after taking this for several months I can really see a difference. I don't use the TreeActiv lotion regularly.
Omg this stuff is so amazing! I have suffered with severe acne since I was 12. After 10 years and 3 courses of accutane I still have acne!! It is not nearly as bad but it is still bothersome. I found this product after reading some blogs online and wow! After 2 weeks of using it I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin and have not had a bad breakout since. So far, so good. I take 2 with a meal and I don't have any negative side effects. I will continue using this supplement. So happy!
Let me just start off by saying I’ve battled cystic acne for a whole year and I couldn’t figure out what the cause was until I relized it was probably hormonal because it started up really bad when I stopped my birth control pills. This is the only thing that has worked WONDERS for me. The pictures speak for themselves. It took about 2 months for me to see really good results but since then I haven’t had hardly any breakouts. A must try if you’ve tried everything else and you’re still hitting a dead end.
First period in 6 years that I didn't have severe cramping!!!! That is a win for me, I started this just before my period a month or so ago and that period was meh like usual but this month I realized I didn't have two days of terrible cramping and I didn't leak as much as normal in the evenings I usually would be woken up to leaking and that didn't happen this month 😭😭😭 I wasn't sure if it was placebo affect but I do feel my mood is better as well. I find I am able to regulate emotions better. I'm hoping it will help in the weight department as well since turning 30 I haven't been able to lose weight no matter what I am doing...but here's hoping!
I never write reviews but I recently was diagnosed with a hormone imbalance and ever since I’ve had months where I skip periods and I started getting terrible acne. I mean cystic painful pimples all over my cheeks/ jawline. I’ve only been using these supplements for 3 or 4 days and it is saving my skin. I tried everything. Face washes, masks, oils, all of it. This is genuinely the only thing that’s helped.
Started using DIM in mid April (left side of photo attached) and am super happy with the results (right side of photo attached). Don't feel like writing a super long story but happy with the results. I will say that if you have bad skin but you're one of those people who puts nothing but garbage food into your body, I would advise that you maybe clean up your diet and see how that works for you before trying DIM. While this product has helped clear up my skin, I'm also not someone that has a ton of sugar or junk food in my diet. Remember that your skin is usually a reflection of what's going on with your insides ;)
I never struggled with acne as a teenager but as a young adult, I started dealing with it since last year. I tried every treatment, cleaner, creams but nothing worked. I decided to go to the dermatologyst and was prescribed retinol and dapsone but did not work either. I realized it was hormonal acne because it became worse a week after my period. I was told that taking birth control pills would hel, and even though I don't really like taking medicine I was about to give up and just take them. I saw these pills while looking for a natural acne treatment and I'm so glad I bought them. Within a week I started seeing results, my skin felt better and the acne went away

I am 43 and I’ve been suffering each month with hormonal acne, horrible PMS symptoms including bloating, anxiety and incredible breast swelling and pain. I find it hilarious that they call it breast ‘tenderness’ when in reality it felt like I had two giant lava rocks strapped to my chest for two weeks a month. I’d come home from work, tear my bra off and want to set it on fire. Tenderness? Please. Anyway.
I have been taking DIM for only ONE WEEK and I feel like it’s a miracle. I am 6 days away from my period and I have no breast pain. No swelling. As you can see from my pictures, my acne is clearing up. Just one week!
My only complaint is that it took forever to arrive, even though it was supposed to ship prime. Keep that in mind when you order.m

I’ve struggled with awful hormonal acne for years. And believe me, I’ve tried almost everything from birth control to probiotics to antibiotics to topical creams. Nothing ever worked for me.. until I found this supplement. I had low expectations at first due to the fact that nothing had ever worked for me in the past. However, after just a few days in I could already see a difference. These photos are a year apart. I would’ve never thought my skin could be so clear again. After struggling with confidence and depression issues for years because of my skin, I can truly say that this supplement has changed my life. I am finally comfortable leaving my house without a full face of makeup hiding my skin. If you struggle with hormonal acne, this is definitely worth a shot!
So far I've only been taking this for about a week and a half......however I've noticed some pretty significant changes in a short amount of time.
- The biggest change I've noticed was the amount of hair falling out when I shower..... previously it would come out in CLUMPS....what used to be 50+ strands is now around 10 strands every time I wash it.
- My acne is clearing up under my chin and jaw line.....I've always broken out under my chin and jaw....however in the short amount of time I've been taking this there's been a noticeable difference! (Attached pic for reference) Also nothing else has been changed in my diet or supps etc so I know the DIM is the product clearing up my skin.
Side notes:
I got pretty bad headaches the first week I took this, (took it at night and would wake up with a headache that went away after an hour or two) however I upped my water intake and it would appear my body has adjusted since so far this week absolutely no headaches!!!
I am low progesterone and therefore estrogen dominant. Acne is just a very small part of the symptoms, but the most visible. Therefore I'll post a before - after picture.
I was using a different brand, containing 50mg DIM. My skin really wasn't my main concern (low progesterone is causing me epileptic seizures), but it's a good indicator, how balanced my hormones are.
I'm using a progesterone cream and supplements to balance stress hormones and also estrogen/progesterone, but I noticed a slight improvement in my skin, when I took my first DIM supplement (50mg). After a month I used another one, containing broccoli extract and other different cruciferous vegetables, but only 14mg DIM. My skin worsened so dramatically, that I decided to try this product.
After just 4 days I saw a major improvement and after 12 days even more. Barely new blemishes and the old ones are healing very well with a good skin care regimen (mostly Era Organics).
I take this supplement in the evening with food (not on empty stomach!) and in the morning my urine is orange. No other side effects.
I'm very happy with this product and would recommend for people with estrogen dominance!
I’m here to say this product WORKS, being just into 6 weeks postpartum at the time i started having REALLY bad break out due to my hormone levels being off. I was so stressed and spending lots of money on skincare products that seemed to only make my skin worse. i can honestly say after taking these once a day it cleared my acne, even though we still have a long way to go this is still a GREAT improvement, not only did it clear some of my acne and cystic acne but it also helped to balance my hormones, i’ve noticed a significant change with my mood and overall stress levels. I give this product 10/10 it’s great i will be buying more when i run out and until i feel like it’s not needed anymore. The first two pictures are from two weeks ago and the last three pictures are now. I’m so happy and feel sooo much better.
I took one pill everyday for 8 days and noticed a huge improvement to my cystic acne (see picture). I didn’t take a picture of the cystic acne that developed under my chin but it was very painful and this DIM supplement also cleared that up.

Hello! I’m 23 year old female who has suffered from adult acne for about 2 years, it was horrible! Would never be clear or even manageable, night after night 2-3 new pimples per day for months. I've had hormonal acne for years. I've tried everything but Accutane. When Accutane was the last thing left, it scared me enough to go looking for natural alternatives. I've been using this for 1 week, along with DHT Blocker. I'm pretty sure you could just do one or the other, but I got impatient (lol, after 2 days). If I had to pick one, I think this would be it. My back, chest and face were all covered with a variety of deep zits. Not no more it ain't!
Previously, I would have to shower twice a day just to try to keep some of the oil under control (I know that washing too much can cause over production of oil, but I've tried every single way over the last 12 years). To give it all a kick start, I used sulfur soap on my back. That usedto clear some of the acne, but it would still get oily very quickly and never cleared all of it.
